The MYO Strength range is designed to offer high quality, robust machines in any home or semi-commercial environment. Each machine is finished in a Matte Black Electro plated powder coat and then upholstered to the highest of standards. With a silver and black frames and upholstery, the MYO Strength machines will look stylish and modern within any facility. The MYO Strength adjustable bench offers 4 seat pad positions and 9 back pad positions. The seat pads adjust from 0 to 18 degrees, while the back pad adjusts from 0 to 75 degrees.

STOCK ITEMS
If an order is cancelled prior to delivery, then any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
A cooling off period is time allowed under law to enable a consumer to cancel an agreement without incurring any penalty. In consumer credit, the cooling off period permitted by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 as part of your Right to Withdraw is 14 days.
Cancellation of an order by the customer for whatever reason shall entitle Nova Athlete to recover any reasonable ancillary costs and expenses incurred over and above these terms above.
Nova Athlete's customers have 14 working days cooling off period to decide whether they want to keep goods that they have purchased. If they choose to return the cost of post and packaging will be borne by the customer and goods must be received in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
There may be a re stocking charge for any returned good of 10%
If not in their original condition We reserve the right not to accept the goods at its warehouse nor issue a refund or credit. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, then the customer’s right to cancel may be forfeited.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
The right to cancel does NOT apply to products that are made to the customer specifications. This includes customed coloured products, flooring cut to specification before installation, lifting platforms, customised dumbbells, wear strips and any other personalised/bespoke products.
REFUNDS
Once a refund has been authorised then it will take place within 5 working days of the authorisation and be made by the same payment method by which the customer originally purchased the goods or services
Please note all PayPal refunds will exclude the transaction fee.
All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail or by writing to our head office only. If you wish to cancel or return goods, please e-mail sales@novaathlete.co.uk and we will issue a Return Authorisation Number. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the unique RAN being given.
No cancellation of order will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of goods.
