The connectivity feature on the Cross Trainer allows the user to track their workouts and store their workouts using the Fitness App. For gym managers, an asset management function is available. This function allows managers to add and update the class timetables, gym news, special offers and workout demonstrations. All of this information is available for the machine user to view on the console display. With your gym members having the ability to view all of this information on the console displays of the machine; it keeps your members engaged and fully informed with any information concerning the gym, making it a perfect addition to any commercial facility.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Claims
Any shortage, damage or discrepancy against shipments must be detailed in writing, together with a copy of the packaging list, to Nova Athlete within 7 days of receipt of goods. All claims for goods lost in transit must be received by Nova Athlete within 7 days of dispatch of Nova Athlete invoice for such goods. Claims cannot be considered after this time.
Return of Goods
Goods will only be accepted for return under the following conditions provided they have not been specially ordered and manufactured. Prior to returning goods, telephone authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned within 14 working days from the date the customer informed Nova Athlete they wanted to return the goods. The delivery note / invoice number must be included on the return advice. The goods must be in their original packaging, in a clean, resalable condition. Nova Athlete will not be responsible for return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied all returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge, with a minimum charge of £10 plus VAT to cover administration costs. If the packaging is damaged an additional cost flat rate of £2.50 plus VAT will apply to cover repacking costs. Product Improvement Policy Nova Athlete reserves the right to change specifications, packaging or withdraw products in the interest of continuing product improvements. E. & O.E.
Warranty
2 Years Labour Warranty. All parts will be fitted free of charge within the first 2 years. • Standard 2 Years Parts Warranty. This covers all mechanical and electrical parts. • Standard 5 Years Frame Warranty. This covers the integrity of the steel sections of the frame. A replacement frame part is provided if required. • Standard 2 Years Treadmill Motor Warranty. A replacement motor is provided within the first 2 Years if required. • 12 Months Wear Items: Wear items include moving belts (running or drive belts), pedal straps, hand grips & saddles. • Parts required due to malicious damage or misuse will be chargeable together with the required labour costs to fit the parts. • Excludes rust on frames + components
