Claims
Any shortage, damage or discrepancy against shipments must be detailed in writing, together with a copy of the packaging list, to Nova Athlete within 7 days of receipt of goods. All claims for goods lost in transit must be received by Nova Athlete within 7 days of dispatch of Nova Athlete invoice for such goods. Claims cannot be considered after this time.
Return of Goods
Goods will only be accepted for return under the following conditions provided they have not been specially ordered and manufactured. Prior to returning goods, telephone authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned within 14 working days from the date the customer informed Nova Athlete they wanted to return the goods. The delivery note / invoice number must be included on the return advice. The goods must be in their original packaging, in a clean, resalable condition. Nova Athlete will not be responsible for return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied all returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge, with a minimum charge of £10 plus VAT to cover administration costs. If the packaging is damaged an additional cost flat rate of £2.50 plus VAT will apply to cover repacking costs. Product Improvement Policy Nova Athlete reserves the right to change specifications, packaging or withdraw products in the interest of continuing product improvements. E. & O.E.
