The Premium Line Pulse Fitness CrossClimb is a non-weight bearing, resistance-loaded adjustable exercise system. Regular use will produce increased aerobic capacity as well as stronger muscles and bones. Existing types of weight-loading exercise, such as weight lifting, produce stronger muscles and bones but cannot be performed in a rhythmic, continuous reciprocal fashion needed to improve aerobic fitness. Traditional weight-bearing exercises, such as
jogging, improves aerobic fitness capacity, but does little to enhance muscular strength.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you want to return something or exchange it, you can do so within 28 days of delivery. (14 days for sale items).
Please note: If you are unable to return an unwanted item due to disruption caused by COVID-19, we will honour a late return as long as it meets the other terms of our returns policy. Please see below. Contact our customer services team if you have further questions.
If your product is faulty, please contact customer services as soon as possible.
Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags and any security devices or seals intact.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying the postage charges for returning goods to us. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of charge.

Please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return. Include whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service in future.
Postage charges for returning goods will be your responsibility. Please request a proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
