Are targeted vibration products loud?
No, Power Plate designed them so that they are not annoyingly loud. Targeted vibration products are remarkably quiet and designed for home use.
What pain conditions can targeted vibration help with?
In general, our customers purchase targeted vibration products to cope with everyday muscle pain and soreness. However, we have customers who use them to treat conditions such as: Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, Sciatica, and nerve pain.
Is targeted vibration just for athletes?
No, the majority of our customers are just people who suffer from chronic muscle and joint pain. Our products are designed for everyone, but as a result of the physical benefits they are increasingly popular with athletes and fitness buffs as they are often more prone to injuries.
Do the vibrations from vibration plates hurt?
Targeted vibration products gave multiple vibration modes ranging from a gentle shake to a strong vibration. The strong vibration is for those seeking a deeper tissue treatment. There is no reason to worry about the vibrations being too powerful as you can use the setting that you feel most comfortable with!
Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Return Conditions.
- Customers have 30 days after placing an order to return the product.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all paperwork, packaging, parts and accessories included. Any damage or missing parts to the Product caused by Customer will be deducted from the amount refunded to Customer.

- If you return the machine all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all products.
- For all items which can be shipped via common carrier (accessories, targeted vibration products, Personal Power Plate and Power Plate MOVE) We will send a UPS label via email and it is the customer’s responsibility to print, secure to box and take to a UPS depo. The customer is also responsible for reboxing the item securely. Any damage to the equipment due to poor packaging will result in a reduced refund and is to the discretion of PHS.
- All refunds are issued within 30 days once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected by our supplier's accredited staff.
Shipping
For consumer customers, shipping is free of charge however we are only able to ship to UK mainland.
We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days after placing your order. If this is not possible, we will contact you to agree a delivery date.
