Manufactured from a unique steel alloy with a 215,000 PSI tensile strength (standard bars have a tensile rating of 130-140,000 PSI), this bar is able to flex under pressure then return to its original form after lifting. The high quality hard chrome finish protects the bar from rust, and the end caps are tightly fitted to protect the end bearings and clips against dirt and dust ingress. This bar is fitted with a total of 8 high quality bearings (4 needle bearings and 4 ball bearings) to provide very smooth rotation that helps users maintain form and balance during lifts. With this huge specification and Olympic IWF & IPF markers, it is the perfect bar for Olympic and Power lifting, as well as Cross Fit style workouts.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Claims
Any shortage, damage or discrepancy against shipments must be detailed in writing, together with a copy of the packaging list, to Nova Athlete within 7 days of receipt of goods. All claims for goods lost in transit must be received by Nova Athlete within 7 days of dispatch of Nova Athlete invoice for such goods. Claims cannot be considered after this time.
Return of Goods
Goods will only be accepted for return under the following conditions provided they have not been specially ordered and manufactured. Prior to returning goods, telephone authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned within 14 working days from the date the customer informed Nova Athlete they wanted to return the goods. The delivery note / invoice number must be included on the return advice. The goods must be in their original packaging, in a clean, resalable condition. Nova Athlete will not be responsible for return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied all returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge, with a minimum charge of £10 plus VAT to cover administration costs. If the packaging is damaged an additional cost flat rate of £2.50 plus VAT will apply to cover repacking costs. Warranty
All GymGear Free Weights are covered by GymGear’s standard limited 12 month warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. All Urethane Coated Products are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects (i.e. Urethane Dumbells and Olympic Discs). The warranty does not cover: • Damage resulting from misuse or neglect. • Anything deemed to be normal wear and tear. • Damage resulting from items being used on inappropriate flooring, i.e. concrete, wood or especially hard surfaces. Suitable Rubber or EVA flooring is recommended to prolong the life of your free weight and functional equipment. • Damage resulting from Olympic Bumper Plates not being used on a suitable good quality Olympic Lifting Platform. • Any issues with superficial stickers, badges or end caps. • Damage resulting from throwing or dropping products that are not designed for this purpose, including but not limited to Dumbells, Barbells and Kettlebells. Bent handles on Dumbells is a clear sign of abuse and may exclude the product from the warranty. • Any issues with flooring resulting from regular exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources. • Any damage resulting from use with racks and storage solutions not sourced from Fitness Warehouse. For example Rubber dumbells should be stored on GymGear Dumbell racks which feature saddles to increase the lifetime of the product. Refer to main website.
