The Instinct Dual Adjustable Pulley features an integrated pull-up bar with multi-grip hand positioning, steel shrouds that allow for customisation and branding as well as rubber grip adjustment feet. The 2:1 lifting ratio has a smooth, low inertia operation and effective resistance of 100 lbs (50 kg). The accessory rack hosts multiple pulley attachments which include (2) 6” grip handles, (1) stirrup handle, (1) ankle strap, (1) body strap, (1) long bar. Plus, the DAP features our patented Lock N Load® weight selection system and a simple, intuitive workout placard.
